How the Christmas Club works

Reserve the bike now, pay it off as you go, and collect it before the big day. Two ways to join — the only real difference is how you reserve it.

Reserving online

Nothing to pay upfront

  1. Find the right bike

    Browse the full kids’ range online. Not sure on size? Use our kids’ bike size guide.

  2. Choose Christmas Club at checkout

    Add it to your basket and select Christmas Club as the payment method. There’s nothing to pay at this point.

  3. We’ll call to confirm

    You’ll receive a call to confirm payment and which store your bike is waiting at.

  4. Collect it or have it delivered

    Pay whenever you like using the links we send, until the balance is complete. Then collect free with Click & Collect, or choose delivery at the checkout.

Deposit of your choosing

  1. Find the right bike

    Head to your local store and the team will help you get the size right.

  2. The team reserves it

    They’ll set the reservation up in your name and take whatever deposit you’d like to start with.

  3. We’ll call to confirm

    You’ll receive a call to confirm payment and store. After that, pay in store or by link as often as suits.

  4. Collect it or have it delivered

    Settle the balance, then pick it up from your store — or arrange delivery with the team there.

The festive period is expensive enough. Once the bike is reserved, the rest is up to you — tell us what you’d like to pay and we’ll send a secure link, as often as you need.

How much you put down, when you pay, and how

  • Start with any amount There’s no minimum deposit. Put down a little to hold the bike, or a bigger chunk to get ahead — it’s up to you.
  • Pay as often as you like No set amounts and no fixed dates. Add to your reservation whenever there’s a bit spare.
  • Pay by secure link Tell us how much you’d like to pay and we’ll text or email you a payment link. Open it, enter your card details on the secure page, and that’s it — no app to download and no account to set up. We’ll never ask for your card details over the phone.
  • Clear it before the handover Every payment comes off the balance. It just needs to be complete before delivery or collection is arranged — nothing to hit before then.
