Are you passionate about cycling and looking to start or develop your career within the cycle industry?
At Leisure Lakes Bikes, we are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our sales team in Frodsham.
Role requirements
As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and supporting the day-to-day operation of our store. You will be working on a busy shop floor, assisting customers with product advice, answering questions, and helping riders find the right solutions for their needs.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing outstanding customer service and product knowledge
- Operating our workshop diary and booking system
- Using the EPOS till system
- Managing stock and assisting with stock takes
- Liaising with manufacturers and suppliers
- Undertaking general shop duties to support the smooth running of the store

Working Hours
Our stores operate between five and seven days per week, depending on location.
Team members typically work an average of 35–40 hours per week across five days. Regular weekend and bank holiday working will be required as part of the rota.
