Lighter
OneUp claims that the all-new V3 is the lightest infinitely adjustable dropper on the market.
Weighing in at around 60 grams lighter than the V2, the 90mm version clocks in at just 325g.
The biggest weight savings come from the new hydraulic cartridge, now fully sealed so it never needs to be inflated.
Better
The OneUp Dropper Seatpost V3 surpasses its predecessor in every conceivable way, here’s a full list of all the improvements OneUp have made:

Smoother
When riders asked for improved seals, reduced play and smoother action, OneUp listened.
All of these aspects have been addressed with the V3, with the cartridge, bushing, seals & pins all getting a revamp.
Here’s a full breakdown, direct from OneUp:
Cartridge: For smoother action, the all-new cartridge requires 75% less lever force when the saddle is loaded and much less breakaway force to initiate. This means it’s even quicker & easier to drop your saddle while riding.
Bushings: OneUp upgraded all the bushings to use a low-friction, self-lubricating IGUS material and increased bushing overlap to further reduce friction. 180-240 drop posts have an additional bushing to further support the increased overlap.
Seals: OneUp have developed a completely new, high-performance collar with a custom SKF wiper seal to keep dirt out and grease in. The new seal and bushings keep the V3 running smoother for longer, with less maintenance.
Pins: To eliminate rotational play without increasing friction, OneUp has doubled the number of anti-rotation pins and added 2 oversized polymer pins.
