All New: Bosch Performance Line CX-R

Including a new motor, a power boost upgrade for the Performance Line CX, and a new display unit, here we will break down some of these new creations from Bosch.
Over-the-Air Upgrade for Bosch Performance Line CX
Starting in July, Bosch will be offering the over-the-air update for the Performance Line CX Motor. This upgrade will increase torque, peak power & maximum assist of Bosch’s already capable drive unit.
On its release, the Performance Line CX was limited to 85Nm of torque, 600W of power and around 340% maximum assistance. Using a software update, riders will be able to enhance their experience, with the eBike Flow app allowing users to increase the overall torque to 100Nm, power to 750W and assistance to a massive 400%.
This upgrade will be available for free for existing owners.
Performance Line CX-R Motor
The all-new Bosch Performance Line CX-R drive unit offers enhanced torque, power, traction control and extended boost over its predecessor. Its exclusive Race Mode brings improved acceleration and makes full use of the 750W power.
The new CX-R is also lighter than the previous model (weighing in around 2.8kg), with its revised construction utilising a magnesium housing. Bosch’s new drive unit also features a new ‘eMTB+’ riding mode. This mode creates a happy medium between standard E-MTB & Race modes, with a new Dynamic Control function.

Kiox 400C
Kiox 400C is the perfect display for the trail. Inconspicuously integrated in the frame and also full of functions. Securely installed in the top tube and therefore ideally protected from bumps and knocks.
The mini remote on the handlebars makes it easier to operate your e-bike. Smart ergonomics ensure intuitive handling. Easily change the riding mode or operate your display without taking your hand off the handlebar, letting you ride more comfortably.
