We're just sending you this quick message to let you know that our all our stores will be remaining open, in regards to the new national lockdown restrictions under the guidelines that bicycle retailers are deemed essential.

A bike to some is a key mode of transport, and can also provide great benefits for physical and mental health.

We're continuing to follow guidelines in-store regarding face masks, distancing, track & trace, as well as hygiene practices, and demand that you do the same when visiting.

Please be aware that if we are busy at the time of your visit, you may be asked to queue outside due to the need to enforce distancing practices, so please come prepared with a brolly just in-case - It is November after all!

Our website & mail-order phone lines remain open for orders, and we're working hard in our warehouse to ensure all orders are fulfilled on time. Here's a quick run-down of our services:

  • All of our 11 UK stores and workshops remain open during the lockdown for sales & servicing work - You can find your nearest store and their opening hours here.
  • Our website remains open for all orders, and we're working hard to dispatch all orders on time. Free Click & Collect is also available to all of our stores.
  • Our Customer Service team are available Monday through Friday to answer all your questions via phone, email or Live Chat - You can find how to contact them here.
  • Our returns period remains at 60 days, if you have any issues give us a shout!
