Important Information Regarding Coronavirus

Good Morning, following Govt. advice given on the 23/03/2020 that bike shops are essential retail amid further restrictions, we'll be staying open.

A bike to some is a key mode of transport, not just a hobby, which is why we've made the decision to keep our shops open with the following changes to help reduce the spread of coronavirus:

• APPOINTMENT ONLY - Our shops are now by appointment only, so before visiting please give the store a call, email or DM. Our doors will be locked to all walk-in browsing, and we ask that all visitors follow the necessary precautions around distancing & hygiene. Should you wish to purchase a bike or any item on our website, please follow the click & collect order process or opt for home delivery.
• REDUCING STORE HOURS - We'll be reducing our in-store staff, with a focus on maintaining a fully operating workshop. In-turn, we'll be changing our shop opening hours. You can find the latest information on our stores operating hours here.
• FREE BIKE SERVICING FOR EMERGENCY, HEALTH & SOCIAL CARE WORKERS - As thanks for all the amazing work that's been done so far, we'll be providing free servicing if you provide your work/NHS ID when arriving for a service. We will be prioritising these in our workshop.
• ORDER ONLINE - We ask that if at all possible, please do use our website to purchase, rather than visiting a store. • EXTENDED 60 DAYS RETURN PERIOD - We’ve extended our returns period to 60 days, removing the stress and hopefully allowing you to follow official guidance regarding isolation & key travel. You can read more on this change here.

Our warehouse staff are safely operating to maintain the dispatching of all orders, as well as processing returns. Our couriers are also taking the necessary precautions to provide a contactless delivery service, complying with social distancing guidelines.
