The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. This role requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle various customer inquiries with professionalism.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Assisting customers to register online and process their orders across all our platforms. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prioritising and processing customer orders and requests submitted by telephone, email, and live chat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Liaise with our \u2018bricks and mortar\u2019 stores to process online orders smoothly<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Investigate errors and resolve complaints quickly and patiently.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Liaise with customers who have received their orders late, or have received incorrect items.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Resolve issues, to the customers satisfaction, arising from product faults or damage incurred during transportation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keep confidential records and financial information private and secure.
