You will be working on a busy shop floor, assisting customers with product advice, answering questions, and helping riders find the right solutions for their needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Your responsibilities will include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Providing outstanding customer service and product knowledge<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Operating our workshop diary and booking system<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Using the EPOS till system<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Managing stock and assisting with stock takes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Liaising with manufacturers and suppliers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Undertaking general shop duties to support the smooth running of the store<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What We\u2019re Looking For<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are seeking individuals who are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Proactive and hard-working<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Computer literate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Passionate about cycling and the cycling industry<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Professional, courteous, and customer-focused<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Able to work effectively as part of a team<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>At Leisure Lakes Bikes, we are committed to treating everyone with respect and dignity. Regular weekend and bank holiday working will be required as part of the rota.
