FAQ

If I change my mind, can I have my old bike back?

Unfortunately we are unable to return any traded in bikes. However, our standard returns policy still applies to all new bikes.

Can I trade in more than one bike at once?

We can only accept one trade in against one new bike. You can do this multiple times but we can not accept e.g. two trade in bikes against the purchase of one new bike.

If I don’t want a bike at this time can I have a gift voucher?

We are not able to issue gift vouchers in conjunction with traded bikes. Your new bike purchase must be made or order placed when trading in your old bike.

Can I part exchange my bike for other products?

Yes. However the total value of goods purchased must be double the value of your trade in.
