Our size guides will help you choose the most comfortable size for you. First you need to accurately measure yourself, then you can use the chart below to find your perfect size. If you're having trouble measuring yourself, there are some tips below to assist you.
For the best results take your body measurements either undressed or in lightweight clothing. The tape measure should be kept snug around your body, but not overly tight. Stand up straight and get a friend to help if you’re struggling!
Chest:Always measure across the fullest part (usually under the armpits and across the shoulder blades). Keep the tape as level as possible around the body.
Waist: Measure around your waist line where you would normally wear your shorts or trousers.
Hips: Stand with legs approximately six inches apart. Always measure across the widest part to ensure a non restrictive fit.
Inside Leg/Inseam: Measure from the top of the inside leg at the crotch down to the ankle bone. An easy way to do this is to find a good fitting pair of trousers and measure from the crotch seam to the bottom of the pants.
Sleeve: Bend your elbow and place your hand on your hip. Get a friend to help measure from the middle of the back of your neck, across the shoulder and around to your elbow, finishing at your wrist bone.
Remember, the fit of your clothes will always vary depending on the cut, style and type of fabric used.
